Before you buy

- Save your order confirmation. You will need the order ID if a code fails after delivery.
Step-by-step verification
1. Keep the retail packaging
Do not throw away the box or peel the sticker until you finish verification. Photos help if you need support.
2. Locate the security sticker or QR label
Eligible LETEN packaging includes a scratch-off security sticker and, on some products, a QR security label.
3. Reveal the code
Scratch the coating carefully so you can read the code or scan the full QR.
4. Verify online or by QR
- Follow the steps on our authenticity check page, which explains how to enter or scan the packaging code
- Or scan the QR label with your phone when the pack uses a QR security label
- Brand materials also reference hot-line 4000-128-315 (primarily useful for domestic China callers; overseas buyers usually use web/QR)
5. Read the result
A successful check confirms a genuine Leten brand series product per the brand system (wording follows their prompt). Screenshot the result.
6. If verification fails
Stop and contact support with:
- Order ID
- Product name / SKU
- Photos of the box, sticker, and any error screen
