For some products, there are QR code security labels on the packaging boxes—scratch to expose a full QR code and scan with the phone to authenticate.

If any lubricant is required while in use, please use a water-soluble lubricant such as the Leten water-soluble lubricant. Hand cream or silicone-soluble lubricant may permanently damage the silica gel of the massager. Make sure to wash the massager carefully after using massage oil.
